normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.1須具有獨立法人資格

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.2須具有 建設行政主管部門頒發的建筑機電安裝工程專業承包一級資質；

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.3信譽要求：不存在投標人須知第1.4.3項規定的限制投標的情形；

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.4企業注冊地不在四川省行政區域內的省外企業須提供在有效期內的四川省住房和城鄉建設廳官網已公開的入川信息網頁截圖（如投標人為聯合體，則聯合體所有成員均應具有）。
