Qualifications or Performance：*) The bidder has a valid business license (bidder from within the territory of P.R.C.)/operation license (bidder from outside the territory of P.R.C.), and a copy of the corresponding certificate is required; *) The bidder must be a manufacturer or an equipment agent; if the bidder is an equipment agent, sole authorization letter for the bid from the manufacturer is required; *）From January *, **** to December *, ****(based on the contract signing date), the product provided by the bidder shall have at least * performance op-erated in newly-built ethylene unit under similar operating conditions within the territory of the People's Republic of China (Upgrades, modifications, and replacement performances are invalid), each performance should include at least ** anti-surge control valves, including at least one with a diameter of at least **”×**”.
