中國石油物資有限公司受招標人委托對下列產品及服務進行國際公開競爭性招標，于2024-11-07在中國國際招標網公告。本次招標采用傳統招標方式，現邀請合格投標人參加投標。1、招標條件項目概況:吉林石化紅外熱像儀資金到位或資金來源落實情況:落實項目已具備招標條件的說明:具備2、招標內容招標項目編號:0720-2440zbzx0246招標項目名稱:吉林石化紅外熱像儀項目實施地點:中國吉林省招標產品列表(主要設備):3、投標人資格要求投標人應具備的資格或業績:投標人資格和業績要求：Qualification and Achievement requirements for the bidder.投標人須提供以下文件The following documents must be provided.（1）投標人須按招標文件第一冊第四章格式IV-9.資格證明文件格式的要求填寫和提交有關資料；All Bidders are requested to fill in according to the requirements of Format IV-9 in Section IV and provide relevant information；（2）投標產品原產地在關境內的投標人必須是制造商（不接受代理商投標）。Bidder must be the Manufacturer if the goods are originated from PRC投標產品原產地在關境外的投標人必須是制造商或制造商直接授權的代理商； Bidder must be the Manufacturer itself or directly authorized Agent if the goods are originated from outside of PRC；（3）如為代理商投標：If as an Agent:須提供制造商對本次投標出具的唯一正式授權書；1)The bidder should provide a letter with original sole official authorized by Manufacturer for the bid；2)投標人在當地依法登記注冊的時間距開標之日須滿三年，并提供營業執照等注冊登記的有效證件復印件；The Agent shall get registered in accordance with the local law for at least three years from the bid opening date and copies of valid registration documents such as business license shall be provided;3)開標之日前三年內，投標人須具有同類產品至少兩個不同年份的銷售業績，并提供相應證明其銷售業績的合同或訂單復印件，并由投標人代表簽字或蓋章；The bidder shall have sales performance for similar products in two different years within three years from the bid opening date.
